Refunds for Individual Projects

Refunds for Individual Projects

We strive to meet client expectations for all projects. However, refunds for individual projects will only be considered under the following circumstances:


Eligible for Refunds:


If OptixStudio fails to deliver the agreed-upon project deliverables within the specified timeline (excluding delays caused by the client).


If the project is canceled by OptixStudio before the work begins.


If the delivered project does not meet the agreed-upon specifications after multiple revisions, and OptixStudio cannot resolve the issue.



Not Eligible for Refunds:


If the client provides incomplete or unclear project requirements.


If delays are caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary materials or feedback.


If the project has already been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.


For any changes or additional work requested beyond the original project scope.



Refund Amount:


Refunds will be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the refund request.


In cases where minimal work has started, a full refund may be issued.



Request Process:


Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery.

Refunds for Subscription Plans

Refunds for Subscription Plans

Subscription plans offer flexibility and predictable pricing for ongoing services.


Refunds for subscriptions are subject to the following terms:



Eligible for Refunds:


If the client cancels their subscription within 7 days of the billing cycle and no projects have been initiated during that period.


If OptixStudio fails to deliver agreed-upon services for the active subscription period.



Not Eligible for Refunds:


If the client cancels the subscription after 7 days into the billing cycle.


For unused project slots during the subscription period (project slots do not roll over to the next period).


If the subscription is canceled due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.



Refund Amount:


For subscriptions canceled within 7 days, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused period if no services were utilized.


No refunds will be issued for partially used subscriptions after the 7-day window.

Refund requests for subscriptions must be submitted to [email protected] with the subscription details and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.


Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.


OptixStudio is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
