"Services" refer to web and app development, subscription plans, and related offerings provided by OptixStudio.
Our services must only be used for lawful and ethical purposes.
By using our services, you confirm that any information, files, or materials you provide are free of copyright infringement, legal violations, or third-party claims.
OptixStudio reserves the right to refuse services for projects that violate our ethical standards or legal obligations.
OptixStudio offers flexible subscription plans, allowing up to 10 projects per month under your chosen package.
Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Unused project slots within a subscription period will not roll over to the next month.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period
We guarantee a 24-hour turnaround for standard projects, provided all required materials and instructions are submitted promptly.
Complex projects requiring additional consultation or input may exceed the 24-hour timeframe, with prior notice given.
The client must provide clear and accurate project details to avoid delays or misunderstandings.
Upon full payment, you gain complete ownership of all deliverables provided by OptixStudio.
OptixStudio retains no rights to reuse, replicate, or resell your intellectual property.
We may retain anonymized samples of deliverables for internal reference or portfolio purposes only with your explicit consent.
Payments for subscriptions or individual services must be completed before project commencement.
All payments are processed through secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.
Refunds are issued only if OptixStudio fails to deliver the agreed-upon services and are subject to individual review.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
We treat all client information, assets, and project details as strictly confidential.
Our team adheres to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to ensure your data and intellectual property remain secure.
We will never share your information with third parties without prior authorization
OptixStudio implements robust security measures, including encryption and secure storage, to protect your data.
Only authorized personnel directly involved in your project have access to your files.
Regular security audits ensure compliance with global data protection standards.
While we strive to provide error-free deliverables, OptixStudio is not liable for:
Errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Losses, delays, or damages arising from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or subscription.
OptixStudio reserves the right to terminate services or subscriptions under the following conditions:
Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Use of our services for illegal or unethical activities.
Clients may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused period
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of client’s country.
Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in client's country, unless otherwise agreed upon.
OptixStudio reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time
Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
